Library<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Library stores files for the project, such as the course outline, room plan, or exam calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Load the project. Otherwise you see “A project has to be loaded first!”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Drag a file from your computer onto the Library area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The Upload file<\/strong> window asks “Do you need to rename the file?”. Change the name and click Yes<\/strong>, click No<\/strong> to keep the original name, or click Cancel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Dashboard summarizes the loaded project for the chosen date range<\/strong> (by default, from the beginning up to today). It has these sections: Project schedule \u2013 To sync<\/strong>, Live schedule \u2013 Current project group<\/strong>, Historical analytics \u2013 Last 5 years<\/strong>, and Resource occupancy \u2013 Weekly rate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Synced<\/strong><\/td>Lessons already published.<\/td><\/tr>
    Total<\/strong>, Total with other members<\/strong>, Total with other groups<\/strong><\/td>Number of schedules and how many include extra participants.<\/td><\/tr>
    1st \/ Last<\/strong><\/td>First and last lesson of the project.<\/td><\/tr>
    Completed until today<\/strong><\/td>Percentage of the plan already carried out.<\/td><\/tr>
    Project-group instructor assignments<\/strong><\/td>Lessons per instructor. Use Add groups for instructor’s total assignments<\/strong> to also count the other groups’ lessons (shown as n\/total<\/em>). The sort buttons order the cards.<\/td><\/tr>
    Weekly charts<\/td>Number of schedules compared with actual activities, per week and per year.<\/td><\/tr>
    Resource occupancy \u2013 Weekly rate<\/strong><\/td>Room occupancy percentage. Choose the rooms in its own selector. Time, duration, and excluded days come from the Resources avail.<\/strong> settings.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Task<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
