Click Actions on Group<\/strong> (gear icon) to act on all members of the project group:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Send an email using system<\/strong><\/td>Email every member from the application.<\/td><\/tr>
Send an email with external client<\/strong><\/td>Opens your email program with all addresses.<\/td><\/tr>
Send Internal Message<\/strong> \/ Send Internal blind copy message<\/strong><\/td>Internal message to all members (visible or blind copy).<\/td><\/tr>
Send an SMS text message<\/strong><\/td>Disabled if no member has a mobile number.<\/td><\/tr>
Scheduler<\/strong><\/td>Live scheduler filtered on the group (when the live scheduler module is active).<\/td><\/tr>
Week calendar<\/strong><\/td>Week calendar for the group.<\/td><\/tr>

Members presets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click Members presets<\/strong> (people icon) to create named lists of members, such as “Guest instructors” or “Repeat students”. In the add or modify dialog, click the presets icon next to Additional participants<\/strong> to add a whole preset at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competency report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click Competency report<\/strong> to open, in a new tab, a report of the instructors’ competencies for the lessons on the dates currently shown<\/strong> in the calendar.
