Synchronizing publishes project lessons to the live scheduler. After synchronization, the room and instructor are booked, members see the lesson in their schedules, and the box gets the green Synced<\/strong> check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you synchronize<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every lesson needs an instructor and a resource<\/strong>. The system checks each lesson and can return these results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STOP<\/strong> (not synchronized)<\/td>“This schedule is past.” \u00b7 “Resource is mandatory.” \u00b7 “Instructor is mandatory.” \u00b7 “Resource is not available.” \u00b7 “Instructor is not available.” \u00b7 “Group is not available.” \u00b7 a member “not available from \u2026 to \u2026” \u00b7 “This schedule has already started, modification not allowed.”<\/td><\/tr>
WARN<\/strong> (synchronized anyway)<\/td>Instructor role or competency missing or expired \u00b7 the schedule belongs to another group \u00b7 member unavailability when Bypass<\/strong> is used.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Sync all<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check or clear Send notification<\/strong> next to the button. When it is checked, the people concerned are notified of the new schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Sync all<\/strong> (green link icon).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
