Click Grid list<\/strong> to open the Schedules grid view<\/strong>, a table of the project’s lessons and the group’s live schedules. It is the fastest way to review a whole course, fill in missing instructors or rooms, and print the timetable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

!<\/strong> (red)<\/td>A member or additional participant is unavailable.<\/td><\/tr>
Calendar icon<\/td>Highlighted for project schedules. Filter: From Flight Record<\/em> (live) or From project<\/em>.<\/td><\/tr>
?<\/strong> (type)<\/td>Activity type and colour. You can filter by type.<\/td><\/tr>
Yellow people icon<\/td>The lesson has additional participants. You can filter by it.<\/td><\/tr>
Start \/ Duration<\/strong><\/td>Date, time, and length.<\/td><\/tr>
Red\/green check<\/td>Instructor competency result (after you run the competency check). Hover over a red mark to see what is missing or expired.<\/td><\/tr>
Pilot icon<\/td>Click to open the list of suitable instructors and assign one.<\/td><\/tr>
Instructor-PIC<\/strong><\/td>Click to type another instructor. On project rows, the small cross removes the instructor. Past live schedules cannot be changed.<\/td><\/tr>
Resource<\/strong><\/td>On project rows, click to choose from the rooms free at that time.<\/td><\/tr>
Lesson<\/strong><\/td>On project rows, click the book icon to swap the lesson.<\/td><\/tr>
Course<\/strong><\/td>Course of the lesson. You can filter by course.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Minus<\/td>Delete Schedule<\/strong><\/td>Project rows are removed immediately. Live rows ask for confirmation.<\/td><\/tr>
Edit<\/td>Modify Schedule<\/strong><\/td>Opens the modify dialog (project rows only).<\/td><\/tr>
Magnifier<\/td>Toggle Search Toolbar<\/strong><\/td>Shows or hides the filters.<\/td><\/tr>

Double-click a row to open its dialog. Double-click the Start<\/strong> cell to jump to that date on the calendar. Anchor<\/strong> docks the grid under the calendar, and Open full scheduler<\/strong> opens the live scheduler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
