They become the default filter for room searches. The list is saved with the project when you close the selector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Groups list<\/strong>: other groups to include when checking student unavailability, for example a group that shares instructors or rooms. It is also saved with the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"availability-shading-button\">Availability shading button<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>refresh icon<\/strong> button shades the calendar to show when you <strong>cannot<\/strong> schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Click<\/th><th>Label shown<\/th><th>Shaded slots<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>1st<\/td><td><strong>Resources unavail.<\/strong> (grey)<\/td><td>All the selected project resources are busy.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2nd<\/td><td><strong>Group unavail.<\/strong> (green)<\/td><td>A member of the project group is unavailable.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3rd<\/td><td><strong>Add Sel. groups unavail.<\/strong> (blue)<\/td><td>A member of the project group or of the selected extra groups is unavailable.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>4th<\/td><td><strong>Add Sel. groups project unavail.<\/strong> (dark blue)<\/td><td>The selected extra groups already have lessons in another, not yet synchronized project.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>5th<\/td><td>(no label)<\/td><td>Shading cleared.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Right-click the button to choose a mode directly or <strong>Clear<\/strong>. Hover over it for a reminder. Results are grouped by date, and the footer shows the <strong>total available slots<\/strong>.
