Choose the course in the selector at the top. The page remembers the last course used for the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lessons are grouped by <strong>phase<\/strong>. Click the small arrow beside a phase to expand it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each lesson shows its <strong>title<\/strong>, <strong>duration<\/strong> (for example <em>3h<\/em>), and description. Lessons shown faded are already done or scheduled for this group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use <strong>Search\u2026<\/strong> to filter lessons by title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double-click a lesson to open its blank lesson sheet (PDF) in a new tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anchor<\/strong> docks the panel beside the calendar so it stays open while you work. Choose <em>Training<\/em>, <em>Solo<\/em>, <em>Renting<\/em>, <em>Internal<\/em>, <em>Ground<\/em>, <em>Other<\/em>, or <em>Unavail.<\/em>. For a ground course you will normally use <strong>Ground<\/strong>. If the lesson defines its own activity type, that type is selected automatically and the others are locked. You must select a type before saving (&#8220;Select an activity type first!&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Left column<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Field<\/th><th>Use<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Date<\/strong><\/td><td>The day where you dropped the lesson.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Time<\/strong><\/td><td>Start time in half-hour steps. The end time is calculated from the lesson duration. A lesson cannot end after midnight (&#8220;Duration exceed midnight!&#8221;). Changing the time refreshes the available resources and the alerts.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Resource<\/strong><\/td><td>The room you selected in the right column. A red marker appears if this room is no longer free at the selected time.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Lesson \/ Course<\/strong><\/td><td>The lesson title and the course (phase).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Instructor<\/strong><\/td><td>Type at least two letters of a name and choose from the list, or click the pilot icon to see <strong>Instructors for selected lesson<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Instructor card<\/td><td>The chosen instructor&#8217;s card and their competency status for this lesson (missing, expired, or held qualifications and roles).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Right column<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Area<\/th><th>Use<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Available resources<\/strong><\/td><td>Rooms free for the whole lesson at this time. Click a room to select it. The filter defaults to ground resources or the project&#8217;s resource list. Change the filter and click the magnifier to search again.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Additional participants<\/strong><\/td><td>Type a member or group name to add them. Click the presets icon to add a saved list of members. Click the small cross on a name to remove it.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Private note<\/strong><\/td><td>Internal note kept with the schedule.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Sync status<\/strong><\/td><td>Live check results. <strong>STOP<\/strong> lines block synchronization, and <strong>WARN<\/strong> lines are warnings only. They refresh whenever you change the time, room, instructor, or participants.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buttons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Button<\/th><th>Action<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Save<\/strong><\/td><td>Saves the lesson <strong>in the project only<\/strong> and draws it on the calendar. Nothing is booked yet.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Reset<\/strong><\/td><td>Clears the instructor, resource, participants, private note, and activity type.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>History<\/strong><\/td><td>Shows the change history (when modifying an existing lesson).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Close<\/strong><\/td><td>Closes without saving.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> you can save a lesson without a room or instructor to reserve its place in the plan. It shows the red &#8220;No instructor or resource set&#8221; icon until you complete it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"choosing-an-instructor-from-the-list\">Choosing an instructor from the list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the <strong>pilot icon<\/strong> next to the Instructor field.
