The Projects<\/strong> window opens automatically when you open the page. You can reopen it at any time with the Projects<\/strong> button (folder icon) below the calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Column<\/th>What it shows<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Created<\/strong><\/td>Creation date. Click the filter cell to pick a date range.<\/td><\/tr>
Title<\/strong><\/td>Project name.<\/td><\/tr>
Group(Students)<\/strong><\/td>The student group the project plans for. You can filter by one or more groups.<\/td><\/tr>
Status<\/strong><\/td>Filter with: all<\/em>, No items<\/em>, items in<\/em>, Closed<\/em>, Only open<\/em> (default).<\/td><\/tr>
Items<\/strong><\/td>Total number of lessons in the project.<\/td><\/tr>
ToSync<\/strong><\/td>Number of lessons not yet synchronized.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

By default, only open projects are listed and the newest appear first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buttons at the bottom of the Projects window<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Minus<\/td>Delete or Close a Project<\/strong><\/td>Deletes the selected project if it is empty<\/strong>. If it already contains lessons, the project is closed<\/strong> instead, so its history is kept. There is no confirmation.<\/td><\/tr>
Plus<\/td>Add a Project<\/strong><\/td>Opens Add a Schedule Project<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr>
Pencil<\/td>Edit a Project<\/strong><\/td>Changes the title or group of the selected project. Closed projects cannot be edited.<\/td><\/tr>
Open padlock<\/td>Reopen project<\/strong><\/td>Reopens a closed project.<\/td><\/tr>
Cloud with down arrow<\/td>Load the project<\/strong><\/td>Opens the selected project in the scheduler. Double-clicking a row does the same.<\/td><\/tr>
Trash<\/td>Empty the selected project<\/strong><\/td>Removes the remaining non-synchronized lessons after a confirmation. Lessons already published in the live scheduler are not deleted there.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Create a project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the plus<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter a Title<\/strong>, such as “PPL Ground School \u2013 Group 12 \u2013 Winter”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select the Group (Students)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The title is mandatory. If it is empty, you see “Error adding record \u2013 Check your data!”. The new project appears in the list (status No items<\/em>). Load it to start planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Load, edit, close, and reopen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Load<\/strong>: select the row and click the cloud icon, or double-click the row. Any open planning windows close, and the calendar shows the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Edit<\/strong>: select the row and click the pencil, change the title or group, then click Modify<\/strong>. The project reloads automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Close<\/strong>: select the row and click the minus icon. A closed project stays readable, but any change is refused with “This project can not be modified! It is Closed!”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reopen<\/strong>: set the Status filter to Closed<\/em> or all<\/em>, select the project, and click the padlock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      When to close a project:<\/strong> close it when the course is finished and every lesson has been synchronized. It disappears from the default Only open<\/em> list, but you can still view it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
