Planning tab<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Planning<\/strong> tab compares what was planned with what was done, and lets staff set target dates. Choose key lessons rather than a date for every lesson, to avoid being flooded by alerts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Person icon (first column)<\/td>Click to report a no show or lateness<\/strong> for this lesson (authorized members).<\/td><\/tr>
Lesson and description<\/td>Bold lessons are mandatory; struck-through lessons were removed from the course. Click a row to open the lesson in the Lessons tab.<\/td><\/tr>
Obj.<\/strong><\/td>Objective duration of the lesson.<\/td><\/tr>
Done +\/-<\/strong><\/td>Duration done. Red<\/strong> = more than the objective, green<\/strong> = less than the objective.<\/td><\/tr>
Person-information icon<\/td>Number of no-shows or late arrivals reported for the lesson.<\/td><\/tr>
Status<\/strong><\/td>Credited, mandatory, passed or done-not-passed icons.<\/td><\/tr>
Sig<\/strong><\/td>A contract icon means the lesson still has to be signed (signature courses only).<\/td><\/tr>
Rep.<\/strong><\/td>How many times the lesson was done. Red when the maximum is exceeded.<\/td><\/tr>
Date passed<\/strong><\/td>The date the lesson was done. Hover it to see who saved it.<\/td><\/tr>
Date projected<\/strong><\/td>The target date.<\/td><\/tr>
Information icon<\/td>Opens the Planning note<\/strong> of the lesson. A filled icon means a note exists.<\/td><\/tr>
Alarm clock<\/td>Adds a reminder of the projected date to your own calendar.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Red row<\/strong><\/td>The projected date has passed and the lesson is not done.<\/td><\/tr>
Orange \/ pink row<\/strong><\/td>The projected date is close (within the warning period set by your school).<\/td><\/tr>
Red projected date text<\/td>The lesson was done after the projected date.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Setting a projected date (staff)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Click the Date projected<\/strong> field of a lesson not done yet and choose a date.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. If the student belongs to a group, the Part of a group<\/strong> window asks whether to apply the date to all members<\/strong> of the group (Set to all<\/strong>), Only one<\/strong>, or Cancel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. The date is saved immediately and the row colour updates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Students see the projected dates read-only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Planning note<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Click the information icon to open the Planning note<\/strong> of the lesson. Authorized members type the note and click Save the note<\/strong>. Others can read it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Adding a reminder to your calendar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Click the alarm clock<\/strong> of a lesson with a projected date. The Appointment<\/strong> window opens with the student and course as title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click Save<\/strong> to add it to your calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Reporting a no show or lateness<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the person icon at the beginning of the lesson row.<\/li>\n\n\n
    2. In No show or Late at the lesson<\/strong>, check the On date<\/strong>, choose the Type<\/strong> (no show or late) and the Reason<\/strong>, and add a Comment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
    3. Leave Send message to student<\/strong> ticked to notify the student.<\/li>\n\n\n
    4. Click Save<\/strong>. A confirmation says the no show or tardiness has been reported.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Reports appear in Performances \u203a No shows or Late<\/strong> and in the person-information column.<\/p>\n\n\n

      As a student:<\/strong> if you see a no-show you disagree with, contact the person in charge of your training.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n
