When the student belongs to a group, the group name is shown, and staff see an <strong>Other members<\/strong> button that lists the group.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Enrolled<\/strong><\/td><td>The course start date, how long ago it was, and who enrolled the student.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>In charge<\/strong><\/td><td>The person responsible for the student&#8217;s training (or &#8220;Nobody in charge&#8221;), with the same three icons.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>QR Course ID<\/strong><\/td><td>A QR code that identifies this training record for the mobile application.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n<div class=\"ub-styled-box ub-notification-box\" id=\"ub-styled-box-307b1992-d82d-4273-af53-5f64138f2955\">\n\n\n<p><strong>As a student:<\/strong> use the icons next to <strong>In charge<\/strong> to contact the person responsible for your training directly.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Changing the person in charge (staff)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Choose a member in the list next to <strong>Change for<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Change for<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Changed of responsible<\/strong> dialog asks you to confirm:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Yes and alert<\/strong> \u2014 changes the person in charge and sends a message to the previous and the new person in charge.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Yes<\/strong> \u2014 changes the person in charge without any message.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>No<\/strong> \u2014 cancels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The change is written in the course <strong>History<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Objectives, Standard, Attached files and Note<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Box<\/th><th>Content<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Objectives<\/strong> \/ <strong>Standard<\/strong><\/td><td>The course objectives and the standard to reach, as written in the course design.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Attached files<\/strong><\/td><td>Documents attached to the course. Staff with enough rights fill them in and click <strong>Update all additional fields<\/strong>. Hover a field to see who changed it last and when. Tick the phases to hide and click <strong>Update hidden phases<\/strong>. Hidden phases disappear from the Lessons, Credits, Planning and Performances tabs for this student only. Choose a <strong>reason<\/strong> in the list (its description appears below the list). No new lesson can be saved.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Reopen the course<\/strong> puts the record back in service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Modifying the start date (administrators)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Modify start date<\/strong>, choose the new date and click <strong>Modify the starting date<\/strong>. The date cannot be later than the first recorded lesson. If it is, the system uses the first lesson date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Credits tab<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Credits<\/strong> tab records training already completed before the course (for example in another school) and recognised by your organization. Credited hours and lessons count in the course totals and progress. Enter the training hours to credit, not the student&#8217;s total experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Credited lessons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Crediting a lesson means all its items are considered passed and at the course standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>In the <strong>Lessons<\/strong> list (left), tick the lessons to credit. Lessons in bold, with a rubber stamp, are mandatory.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>-&gt;<\/strong>. The lessons move to <strong>Credited lessons<\/strong> (right) and show a money bag icon in the Lessons tab.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To remove a credit, tick it in the right list and click <strong>&lt;-<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"ub-styled-box ub-notification-box\" id=\"ub-styled-box-eb961bba-816a-4cf5-bd1d-8b147ff412f2\">\n\n\n<p><strong>As a student:<\/strong> you can read the Credits tab, but only members with the credit permission can change it.
