Quick safety checklist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before making or communicating a supervisory decision:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Confirm whether the information is selected-member or organization-wide.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Confirm the member, course and date range.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Compare counts with activity volume and time period.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Treat ranking and relative-performance charts as investigation aids, not standalone quality judgments.<\/li>\n\n\n
  5. Review notes, reports, course progress and recommendation attempts where relevant.<\/li>\n\n\n
  6. Before changing responsibility, verify both the current and the new responsible member.<\/li>\n\n\n
  7. Decide deliberately whether an alert should be sent.<\/li>\n\n\n
  8. Confirm that the card or row shows the saved result.<\/li>\n\n\n
  9.
