A value at or below the threshold set by your organization is shown in red and blinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hover a box for the resource type name and description.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Select a box to open the maintenance statistics page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This snapshot is not affected by the date range below it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose the historical period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>From<\/strong> range starts on January 1 of the current year and ends today. Select it to choose a preset or a custom range, then apply it. Select <strong>Hours<\/strong>, <strong>Inst<\/strong> or <strong>Std<\/strong> in the legend to show the hours per instructor, the number of instructors or the number of students. The dotted line shows the trend. Hover a slice to read the number of instructors in that band.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These charts have the same meaning as in the Resources tab of Responsible analytics. They describe activity volume, not instructor quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Task tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Task lists the follow-up tasks of the Course responsible Center.
