Every change is recorded in the course history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Find unassigned courses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the green <strong>plus<\/strong> icon in the lower toolbar. The <strong>Unassigned courses<\/strong> window opens on the right side of the screen. The window refreshes when you close a selector.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Expand<\/strong> \/ <strong>Collapse<\/strong> opens or closes every group. Groups start collapsed.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Each card shows the student name and, on the right, the course title. Hover the name for the course summary; double-click the name to open the profile, or the course title to open the Training Record.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Print<\/strong> creates a PDF of the unassigned list (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/docs\/organization-staff\/responsible-center\/course-responsible-center\/print-assignment-lists\/\"><strong>Print assignment lists<\/strong><\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The window can be minimized and moved while you work on the board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assign an unassigned course<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Unassigned courses window, expand the group and find the course.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Hover the card to confirm the student and course.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Drag the card onto the heading or the list of the responsible member&#8217;s column. If the card does not appear where expected, check that the Show filters include that student and course, then select the recycle icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the alert sends<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yes and alert<\/strong> sends an internal message and an e-mail whose subject is your organization&#8217;s name followed by <em>Person in charge of training<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Change<\/th><th>Who is notified<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Assign<\/td><td>The new responsible member.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Transfer<\/td><td>The previous responsible member (if active) and the new one.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Unassign<\/td><td>The previous responsible member (if active).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The alert is sent only if internal messaging is enabled and you have permission to send messages; otherwise <strong>Yes and alert<\/strong> works like <strong>Yes<\/strong>. Your e-mail signature is added when it is enabled in your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use the course right-click menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Right-click a course card for these actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<span class=\"help-screenshot-placeholder\" style=\"display:none\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Action<\/th><th>Result<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>View member profile<\/td><td>Opens the student&#8217;s profile in a new tab.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Course notes<\/td><td>Opens the note saved on this course assignment.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>View responsible profile<\/td><td>Opens the profile of the responsible member whose column contains the card.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Course details<\/td><td>Opens the student&#8217;s Training Record for this course.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Set course as unassigned<\/td><td>Removes the responsible member after confirmation. Full access only.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add or update a course note<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose <strong>Course notes<\/strong>.
