Courses<\/strong> and Performances<\/strong> each use their own Member<\/strong> selector, independent of the highlighted members on the left. Task<\/strong> is a shared follow-up list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Courses tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Courses shows open course registrations assigned to one responsible member. The line above the grid tells you how many open course assignments were found and whether drag and drop is enabled for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Read the grid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Rows are grouped by course and start expanded. Common columns include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Member<\/td>Student assigned to the selected responsible; hover for profile and course context.<\/td><\/tr>
Group<\/td>Student’s current group.<\/td><\/tr>
FL act.<\/td>Current In flight<\/strong> \/ In ground<\/strong> state, or the date of the latest qualifying flight activity.<\/td><\/tr>
Prio.<\/td>Course priority and who or what set it.<\/td><\/tr>
AI indicator<\/td>Behind<\/strong>, At Risk<\/strong>, On Track<\/strong> or Complete<\/strong>, when AI analysis is enabled and visible to you.<\/td><\/tr>
Lesson completed<\/td>Green bar for the member’s completion percentage. A blue background bar can show the same-course group average.<\/td><\/tr>
Assigned on<\/td>Course-assignment creation date.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Hover the completion bars to see the member percentage, group average and number of members included. The comparison is progress through course lessons, not a grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Search and filter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Select the magnifying glass in the footer to show the filter row. You can filter by course, member, group, assigned-date range, latest flight-activity range, priority and AI state where available. Closing the search toolbar clears its filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Course actions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Right-click a course row. Depending on your permissions, actions can include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When assignment permission is available, you can also drag a course row onto a member in the left list. Review the confirmation, optionally select Alert by message<\/strong>, and save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Performances tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Performances focuses on recommendation outcomes for one member. It is the full-page version of the recommendation drill-down described in Activities and No shows<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Choose a member.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Enter how many recent recommendations to include; 0 means all.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Choose an inclusive before<\/strong> date.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Expand a recommendation lesson (+<\/strong>) to view attempts.<\/li>\n\n\n
  5. Double-click an attempt to open the corresponding course record.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Use the passed (green check), failed (red cross) and total (Qty) counts together. A recommendation with a low volume should not be interpreted in the same way as one based on many attempts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Authorized users can mark an attempt unaccountable or restore it, using the same confirmation rules as the Activities recommendation dialog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Task tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Task is the shared Responsible analytics follow-up list. It is independent of the current member selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
