It explains how a member&#8217;s access is built, where to change it, and how to use the <strong>Users credentials<\/strong> page to manage access for the whole organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<span class=\"help-screenshot-placeholder\" style=\"display:none\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who can use these tools<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Credential tools are not available to regular staff. The portal recognizes two kinds of credential managers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Manager type<\/th><th>What they can do<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Administrator<\/strong> (or a member designated as a senior credential manager)<\/td><td>Everything below, plus: change a member&#8217;s level of power, change the default credentials of a level of power, and copy a level of power from another member.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Credential manager<\/strong> (member designated by AirSupervision settings)<\/td><td>Switch individual credentials ON or OFF, copy credentials from another member, reset credentials to default, set a member inactive, and manage the course, E-training and competency responsibilities attached to a member.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The list of credential managers is defined by your AirSupervision administrator. If you think you should have access and the page sends you away, contact your administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Multi-factor verification:<\/strong> when multi-factor authentication is active for your organization, the Users credentials page asks for your verification code before opening.
