Choose additional fields such as number, type code\/title, description, model, registration, initial TTSN, serial number, year built, taxi time, maximum flight time, speed, initial Hobbs, current status, availability, usage, and POH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then choose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Excel XLSX<\/strong> for a spreadsheet; or<\/li><li><strong>Acrobat PDF<\/strong> with Letter, Legal, A4, or A3 and landscape\/portrait orientation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The inactive setting follows the current Resources view. Review selected fields before generating a report intended for distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-print-resources | Capture: Print resources list dialog with Additional fields expanded, XLSX\/PDF buttons, page formats, and orientation.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">21.2 Resource statistics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Select <strong>Statistics<\/strong>, then choose a date range. The default is approximately the previous month through today. The grid summarizes each resource and includes last activity, type, registration, total\/ground\/air time, ground average, Hobbs display, quantity, and activity proportions such as training\/solo, internal\/renting, and cross-country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use <strong>Show inactives<\/strong> when retired resources belong in the analysis.
