Data sheet tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Data sheet combines the resource&#8217;s maintenance identity and time information on the left with Scheduler visibility and availability on the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.1 Resource data and calculated context<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The left panel shows or permits authorized updates to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Type, resource group, and description<\/li><li>Serial number and year built<\/li><li>Owner&#8217;s Manual or Pilot Operating Handbook reference<\/li><li>Last Hobbs<\/li><li>First recorded activity<\/li><li>Initial and actual TTSN<\/li><li>The organization&#8217;s TTSN basis: air time or block time<\/li><li><strong>Next due TTSN mandatory<\/strong><\/li><li>Current <strong>In maintenance<\/strong> state<\/li><li>Base<\/li><li>Next schedule<\/li><li>Next due until grounded<\/li><li>Since\/Left<\/li><li>Last position<\/li><li>Monthly average of daily hours<\/li><li>Estimated overdue delay<\/li><li>Maintenance pressure<\/li><li>Flight Record priority<\/li><li>Recorded utilization<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Next due TTSN mandatory<\/strong> option makes absence or expiry of a valid next-due TTSN item a release blocker. Use it for resources whose continuing release requires that control. Do not disable it simply to clear a warning; establish the correct next due instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only authorized resource managers receive the <strong>Update<\/strong> button. Use the Scheduler tab for a temporary maintenance block over a date\/time range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorized resource managers can select <strong>Update<\/strong> to save the settings and <strong>Print IDcard<\/strong> to print the QR Resource ID card. Operations tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Operations tab repeats the aircraft-level operational settings for quick review and, when authorized, update:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cruise speed<\/li><li>Default ground taxi<\/li><li>Maximum duration before alert<\/li><li>Automatic postponed squawk period<\/li><li>Default Flight Record header color<\/li><li>Forced Flight Record header color<\/li><li>Live flight-tracking path<\/li><li>Flight-tracking history path<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The panel on the right displays related operating configuration supplied by the system. Use <strong>Update<\/strong> only after confirming that the new values match the intended resource settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Color overrides affect how the aircraft header appears in operational pages.
