Aircraft are normally grouped by resource group and type. Each row represents one flight resource.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Column or icon<\/th><th>Meaning and recommended use<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Task icon and badge<\/td><td>Number of related open tasks. Select it to open the Task tab filtered to that registration.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Pos<\/td><td>Opens the configured flight-following location when available.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Base<\/td><td>Assigned base location.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Type \/ Registr.<\/td><td>Aircraft type and registration. Type can be hidden in the default grouped view.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>TTSN<\/td><td>Current total time since new, calculated using the organization&#8217;s configured air-time or block-time basis.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Used<\/td><td>Recorded utilization.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Hobbs<\/td><td>Latest registered Hobbs value.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Warning\/forbidden icon<\/td><td>No valid next-due TTSN squawk is available, or the required next due is already overdue. A forbidden icon identifies a mandatory next-due condition that prevents release in the Flight Record.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Next warning<\/td><td>Hours remaining before the next limiting TTSN condition grounds the resource.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Status<\/td><td>Current availability state, such as available, warning, or grounded.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Grounded from<\/td><td>Date\/time from which the resource is grounded; displayed only while grounded.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Since\/Left<\/td><td>How long a grounded state has existed, or the time remaining while in warning.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Wrench<\/td><td>The aircraft is marked <strong>In maintenance<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Until<\/td><td>Expected maintenance return date\/time, when entered.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>AMO<\/td><td>Aircraft Maintenance Organization currently assigned to the visit.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Crystal-ball value<\/td><td>Average daily hours for the current month based on the same month in recent years. Use it as a workload indication, not a guaranteed forecast.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Calendar value<\/td><td>Estimated overdue delay based on future Scheduler bookings and the organization&#8217;s selected time basis.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Last pos.<\/td><td>Latest operational position or flight state. Check this before attempting a maintenance-state change.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Next schedule<\/td><td>Next known scheduled activity.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Maintenance pressure<\/td><td>Combined operational indication intended to help prioritize attention. Review the underlying next due, utilization, and schedule before acting.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Priority<\/td><td>Resource order used in the Flight Record. Authorized Flight Record users can raise or lower it.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Eye<\/td><td>View of the resource is restricted to members with the required Scheduler visibility.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Book<\/td><td>Pilot Operating Handbook reference is present.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Sun\/moon<\/td><td>All-day, daytime-only, or nighttime-only availability.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Calendar availability<\/td><td>Weekdays on which the resource is available.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Scheduler restriction<\/td><td>Indicates that the resource is not displayed or is unavailable according to its Scheduler configuration.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Inactive resources are visually distinguished and are hidden unless <strong>Show inactives<\/strong> is enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-resources-columns | Capture: One available, one warning, one grounded, and one in-maintenance resource with the key status, next-due, AMO, prediction, schedule, pressure, and restriction columns annotated.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Resources toolbar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The pager toolbar below the grid contains these controls, depending on access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Control<\/th><th>Operation<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Refresh<\/td><td>Reload current resource information without changing filters.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Toggle Search Toolbar<\/td><td>Shows or hides column filters. Search operators are available for text and numeric columns.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Toggle Grouping<\/td><td>Switches between the grouped fleet view and a flat list.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Show\/Hide inactives<\/td><td>Includes or removes inactive resources from the grid.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Print<\/td><td>Opens the Resources list output dialog.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Statistics<\/td><td>Opens utilization statistics for a selected date range.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Expand or Collapse All<\/td><td>Opens or closes every resource group.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Add a resource<\/td><td>Opens the resource-creation dialog.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Delete a resource<\/td><td>Deletes a never-used resource or makes a used resource inactive after confirmation.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>See details and edit resource<\/td><td>Opens the resource configuration dialog for the selected row.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Search filters combine with one another. Verify it before changing a squawk, maintenance state, or data-sheet value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-resource-open-squawk-manager | Capture: Resource right-click menu with Squawk Manager highlighted and the selected registration clearly visible.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.4 Resource right-click menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The menu changes with the row state and the member&#8217;s access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Action<\/th><th>What it does<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Squawk Manager<\/td><td>Opens all detailed tabs for the selected aircraft.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Delete or set inactive<\/td><td>Permanently deletes a never-used resource; otherwise preserves it as inactive.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Set as active<\/td><td>Reactivates an inactive resource.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Flight following<\/td><td>Opens the configured live tracking page.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Display tasks<\/td><td>Opens Task filtered to this registration and open tasks.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Open Scheduler<\/td><td>Opens the live Scheduler for the resource when the member also has Scheduler access.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Send to maintenance<\/td><td>Marks the aircraft in maintenance, optionally assigns an AMO and expected return.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Return from maintenance<\/td><td>Clears the active maintenance visit and returns the resource from that state. It does not close unresolved squawks.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Set maintenance until&#8230;<\/td><td>Adds or changes the expected return date\/time.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Set A.M.O<\/td><td>Assigns an active AMO, or <strong>None<\/strong> to clear the AMO assignment.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Manage A.M.O<\/td><td>Opens the Aircraft Maintenance Organizations manager.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions may be disabled while the aircraft is in a flight\/position state that makes the requested change unsafe. Refresh the row and confirm the last position before retrying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-resource-context-menu | Capture: Complete right-click menu on an authorized active resource, including maintenance and AMO submenus.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-resource-context-disabled | Capture: A resource whose flight\/position state disables a maintenance action, including the explanatory tooltip if shown.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.5 Send an aircraft to maintenance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Right-click the correct registration.<\/li><li>Choose <strong>Send to maintenance<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Read the confirmation: the aircraft will be unavailable and cannot be ramped out until returned.<\/li><li>Select an AMO if the destination is known. Leaving it blank records maintenance without an AMO.<\/li><li>Enter an expected return date\/time when it is operationally useful.<\/li><li>Confirm.<\/li><li>Verify the wrench, <strong>Until<\/strong>, and <strong>AMO<\/strong> columns on the refreshed row.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The maintenance state and squawk state are separate. Sending an aircraft to maintenance does not close a squawk, and closing a squawk does not automatically return the aircraft from maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-send-dialog | Capture: Send to maintenance confirmation with registration, AMO selector, expected return field, and confirmation buttons.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-send-result | Capture: Resource row immediately after confirmation showing wrench, Until, AMO, and availability state.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.6 Return an aircraft from maintenance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before returning the resource, confirm that the official maintenance release is complete and every relevant squawk has the correct closing information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Right-click the registration.<\/li><li>Choose <strong>Return from maintenance<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Confirm the action.<\/li><li>Verify that the wrench, expected return, and AMO visit indicators are cleared.<\/li><li>Recheck <strong>Status<\/strong>, the missing-next-due warning, and the Status board before release.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Returning from maintenance removes the maintenance-visit state only. A grounding squawk, a missing mandatory next due, a Scheduler unavailability block, or another restriction can still prevent release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-return-confirm | Capture: Return from maintenance confirmation naming the selected registration.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-return-verification | Capture: Returned resource row plus Status board checks showing whether other release blockers remain.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.7 Change the expected return or AMO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Use <strong>Set maintenance until&#8230;<\/strong> to enter a future expected return date\/time without changing the squawk. Use <strong>Set A.M.O<\/strong> to assign a different organization during the current visit. Choosing <strong>None<\/strong> clears the AMO assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After either change, verify the resource row and the AMO dashboard charts later. Correct AMO and date information is important for meaningful turnaround and utilization statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-until-dialog | Capture: Set maintenance until dialog with a valid future date\/time selected.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"screenshot-admin-note\"><code>&#91;SCREENSHOT: maintenance-set-amo | Capture: Set A.M.O submenu expanded with None and active organizations.&#93;<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.8 Delete, deactivate, and reactivate a resource<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the resource, then use the minus icon or <strong>Delete or set inactive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A resource that has never been used can be permanently deleted.<\/li><li>A resource with operational history is retained and set inactive so historical records remain coherent.<\/li><li>Existing schedules can block the operation. Move or delete those schedules first if the system gives that message.<\/li><li>To restore a resource, enable <strong>Show inactives<\/strong>, right-click it, and choose <strong>Set as active<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not use deactivation as a substitute for a temporary maintenance state.
