No templates appear in Scores<\/td>\nAn administrator must publish at least one template.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A member does not appear after being added<\/td>\nChoose All, clear grid filters, and refresh. The active attention filter may exclude the member.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A member is absent from the Add members dialog<\/td>\nThe member may already be linked to this template. Clear the picker filters and confirm the selected template.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The Initial Group column is missing<\/td>\nThe organization may not have an Initial Group field, or your role may not see sensitive information.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A group says Not ready<\/td>\nExpand it and find the configured lesson without a valid scored evaluation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A group says Changed<\/td>\nA lesson result or template rule changed after synchronization. Compare history before re-syncing.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Mark synced is unavailable<\/td>\nOperator permission is required, and every lesson in the group must have a valid score.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A group is complete but FAILED<\/td>\nReview each lesson’s Counted score and Failed if less, then compare the weighted group Counted score with Passed from.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A calculated weight is unexpected<\/td>\nZero-weight lessons share the portion of 100% left after positive configured weights. Review all lessons in the group.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
The certification date is rejected<\/td>\nUse YYYY-MM-DD<\/code>, choose a real calendar date, and do not use a future date.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A certification warning appears<\/td>\nOne or more groups are unsynchronized, changed, or incomplete. Review the counts and choose Continue, Continue and set all synced, or Cancel deliberately.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A note cannot be deleted<\/td>\nOnly its author can delete it, and a note with replies must remain to preserve the thread.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A file will not upload<\/td>\nCheck the maximum file size, allowed file type, file name, and your upload permission.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A file copy does not appear<\/td>\nRefresh both file windows and confirm that the source file is still available.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
View completed lesson is missing<\/td>\nYour role may not have completed-lesson access, or no completed record is available for that lesson.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Dashboard figures did not change with the date range<\/td>\nThe date range applies only to Activity. Current-state indicators always describe the current calculated state.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Dashboard is empty<\/td>\nSelect a published template and confirm the Current Group, Initial Group, and Display selections.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A template is read-only<\/td>\nOnly an authorized MEES administrator can change a template.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A lesson is missing from Templates<\/td>\nIt must be active, scored, and belong to the course selected in Lessons from.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A lesson cannot be dropped into a group<\/td>\nIt may already exist in that group. Reorder the existing item or place the lesson in another group.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Scores changed after a template edit<\/td>\nScoring definition changes are applied to current calculations and can make synchronized groups stale. Review and re-sync where appropriate.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A task disappeared<\/td>\nThe default Task view shows open tasks. Change the Closed filter to All or Closed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
