Start using a newly approved template<\/h3>\n

  1. In Templates, create and configure the template while unpublished.<\/li>\n
  2. Print and review the definition.<\/li>\n
  3. Turn on Published<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. In Scores, select the template.<\/li>\n
  5. Open the member picker and add a small test group.<\/li>\n
  6. Expand the members and verify the lesson attempts, rules, weighting, and group results.<\/li>\n
  7. Add the remaining members.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Process a member who needs attention<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. In Scores, select the template and Need your attention<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Expand the member and each affected group.<\/li>\n
    3. If a group is Not ready<\/strong>, identify the lesson without a valid score and follow up in the Training Record.<\/li>\n
    4. If a group is FAILED, review Counted, the cap rule, Failed if less, weighting, and Passed from.<\/li>\n
    5. If a group is ready, complete the external workflow and click Mark synced<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. If it is Changed<\/strong>, review what changed before clicking Re-sync<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    7. When all requirements are satisfied, set the certification date.<\/li>\n
    8. Add a note, file, or task when the follow-up needs supporting context.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Investigate why a synchronized result changed<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Open the member’s current expanded score tree.<\/li>\n
      2. Right-click the member and select Show history<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. Open the most recent synchronization’s View<\/strong> calculation.<\/li>\n
      4. Compare the historical lesson scores, caps, thresholds, and weights with the current view.<\/li>\n
      5. Confirm the corrected current calculation.<\/li>\n
      6. Click Re-sync<\/strong> only after the external MEES process has been updated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Prepare a certification batch<\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. Select Ready for certification<\/strong> in Display members.<\/li>\n
        2. Use Group or Initial Group filters when processing a specific cohort.<\/li>\n
        3. Expand and review each member.<\/li>\n
        4. Set the certification date.<\/li>\n
        5. Select the processed members and print an Excel or PDF report.<\/li>\n
        6.
