Use it for actions that must remain visible until completed, such as resolving a changed synchronization, reviewing a failed group, obtaining a missing file, or confirming a certification.<\/p>\n<p class=\"screenshot-placeholder\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main controls are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Refresh<\/strong> to reload the list<\/li>\n<li><strong>magnifying glass<\/strong> to show or hide filters<\/li>\n<li><strong>plus<\/strong> to create a task<\/li>\n<li><strong>pencil<\/strong> to edit the selected task<\/li>\n<li>double-click a row to open it<\/li>\n<li>right-click Status, Priority, Closed, or In charge for quick changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Status and Closed are separate. Set Status to <strong>Completed<\/strong> when the work is done, then set Closed to <strong>Closed<\/strong> when no active follow-up remains.
