A maximum of 500 members can be printed at once. If a selected member is no longer linked when the report is generated, refresh the grid and select again.<\/p>\n<p>The output contains the member summary, template groups, lesson calculations, and synchronization information available to the report. Type at least two characters in <strong>Add&#8230;<\/strong> to include another recipient, or use the X beside a recipient to remove them.<\/p>\n<p>The four option icons control:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>send me a copy<\/li>\n<li>add my signature<\/li>\n<li>send using my own email address<\/li>\n<li>notify me when read<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selected icons have the highlighted state. Enter a subject and message, and drag a file into <strong>Files<\/strong> when an attachment is needed. Select <strong>Send email<\/strong> to send or <strong>Cancel<\/strong> to discard the composer.
