{"id":4206,"date":"2026-10-04T20:44:14","date_gmt":"2026-10-05T00:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=4206"},"modified":"2026-10-04T20:44:15","modified_gmt":"2026-10-05T00:44:15","slug":"certification-dates","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/docs\/organization-staff\/mees-center\/scores\/certification-dates\/","title":{"rendered":"Certification Dates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Select a member&#8217;s <strong>Certification<\/strong> cell to open the date picker.<\/p>\n<p class=\"screenshot-placeholder\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"screenshot-placeholder\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>choose a date from the calendar<\/li>\n<li>enter a date in <code>YYYY-MM-DD<\/code> format and press Enter<\/li>\n<li>select <strong>Clear<\/strong> to remove the current date<\/li>\n<li>press Escape to cancel without saving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The date cannot be in the future.<\/p>\n<h3>Certification warning<\/h3>\n<p>When you set the first certification date and one or more groups are not currently synchronized, the page shows a <strong>Certification warning<\/strong>. It can list:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>groups ready but not synced<\/li>\n<li>groups that need re-sync<\/li>\n<li>groups that are not ready<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Choose the appropriate action:<\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>Button<\/th>\n<th>Result<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Continue<\/td>\n<td>Saves the certification date without changing synchronization states.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Continue and set all synced<\/td>\n<td>Saves the date and marks every complete group that can currently be synchronized. This choice appears only to MEES operators when at least one group is eligible.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cancel<\/td>\n<td>Keeps the previous date and synchronization states.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>The automatic option never marks an incomplete group as synchronized.
