The group cannot be synchronized.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Mark synced<\/td>\n<td>The group is complete and has not yet been acknowledged.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Synced<\/td>\n<td>The saved acknowledgement still matches the current calculation. Point to the state to see who synchronized it and when.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Changed<\/td>\n<td>The group was synchronized, but a score or scoring definition changed afterward.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Re-sync<\/td>\n<td>Saves a new acknowledgement for the changed calculation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Clear<\/td>\n<td>Removes the current synchronization acknowledgement. Confirmation is required.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>To synchronize:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Expand the member and locate a complete group.<\/li>\n<li>Review its lessons, scores, Counted values, weighting, contribution, and result.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Mark synced<\/strong>, or <strong>Re-sync<\/strong> for a changed group.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm that the state becomes <strong>Synced<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The system saves a calculation snapshot in the member&#8217;s activity history for Mark synced and Re-sync actions. This lets staff review what values were used at that moment even if current results later change.<\/p>\n<p>Use <strong>Clear<\/strong> only when the acknowledgement was made in error or the group must deliberately return to an unsynchronized state.
