{"id":4200,"date":"2026-10-04T20:44:03","date_gmt":"2026-10-05T00:44:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=4200"},"modified":"2026-10-04T20:44:03","modified_gmt":"2026-10-05T00:44:03","slug":"add-and-remove-members","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/docs\/organization-staff\/mees-center\/scores\/add-and-remove-members\/","title":{"rendered":"Add and Remove Members"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Members must be linked to a template before their scores can appear.<\/p>\n<p class=\"screenshot-placeholder\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"screenshot-placeholder\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"screenshot-placeholder\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"screenshot-placeholder\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To add members:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the correct template.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>person<\/strong> icon below the Scores grid.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Add members to <em>Template name<\/em><\/strong>, use the checkboxes to select one or more members.<\/li>\n<li>Use the magnifying glass in the dialog when you need to search by ID, member name, current Group, or Initial Group.<\/li>\n<li>Drag any selected row onto the main Scores grid. All currently selected rows are included in the drag.<\/li>\n<li>Review the confirmation, which states how many members will be added and names the template.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Yes<\/strong> to continue.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The picker lists members who are available for the selected template. After the link is created, the member leaves the available list and appears in Scores when allowed by the active <strong>Display members<\/strong> choice and filters.<\/p>\n<p>If the new member is not visible, choose <strong>All<\/strong>, clear the search filters, and refresh.<\/p>\n<h2>Chapter 7: Remove Members from a Template<\/h2>\n<p class=\"screenshot-placeholder\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"screenshot-placeholder\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To remove one or more members:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the member checkboxes in the main grid.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>trash<\/strong> icon below the grid.<\/li>\n<li>Read the confirmation carefully and click <strong>Yes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Removal has these effects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the selected members are unlinked from this template<\/li>\n<li>their certification dates for this template are deleted<\/li>\n<li>their existing lesson scores are not deleted<\/li>\n<li>existing synchronization records and activity history are not deleted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use removal when the member was assigned to the wrong template or no longer belongs in that template&#8217;s workflow.
