Use it to identify enrolments that need attention, compare current workload, and review longer-term enrolment trends without opening every course individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dashboard loads when you open its tab. The <strong>Period<\/strong> changes date-based figures and charts. Live cards and the <strong>Needs attention<\/strong> list describe enrolments that are currently open. Course, group, and responsible filters apply across the Dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Live overview cards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The cards provide a quick operational count. Yellow cards identify planning or progression warnings. Green cards generally identify active volume or work ready for review. AI information appears only when the feature is available and your role is authorized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Needs attention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Needs attention<\/strong> table brings the most important open enrolments into one prioritized list. It shows up to 50 enrolments and displays how many matching enrolments exist in total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\"><li>Student and group<\/li><li>Course<\/li><li>Attention badges<\/li><li>Responsible person<\/li><li>Lesson progress<\/li><li>Next planned lesson and last completed lesson dates<\/li><li>An <strong>Open<\/strong> button for the course enrolment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>An enrolment can show several badges. Remaining courses are combined under <strong>Other courses<\/strong>. Use the print icon on a chart when a printable copy is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsible workload<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Responsible workload<\/strong> table compares current assignments. For this reason, <strong>Open enrolments<\/strong> can be higher than <strong>Students<\/strong>: each course assignment counts as one enrolment, while the student is counted once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recommended workflows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Daily attention review<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-r_indent50\"><li>Open <strong>Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Review red and orange live cards.<\/li><li>Work down the <strong>Needs attention<\/strong> list.<\/li><li>Use <strong>Open<\/strong> to inspect an enrolment.<\/li><li>Assign ownership, correct planning, or close completed courses as appropriate.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Refresh<\/strong> after changes to confirm the counts have updated.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monthly management review<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-r_indent50\"><li>Select the reporting period.<\/li><li>Review <strong>New in period<\/strong> and <strong>Closed in period<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Compare the opened-versus-closed trend.<\/li><li>Review closure reasons and course-progress distribution.<\/li><li>Print the relevant charts if a meeting copy is needed.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Situation<\/th><th>What to check<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Dashboard remains on Loading<\/td><td>Wait for the request to finish, then click <strong>Refresh<\/strong>.
