Choose the operator that best fits what you know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"common-filter-situations\">Common filter situations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Situation<\/th><th>What to do<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>A task disappeared after it was closed<\/td><td>Change the Closed filter from Open to All or Closed.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>You see too many old tasks<\/td><td>Keep Closed set to Open, then add Status, Priority, or date filters.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>You know only part of the subject<\/td><td>Use the Subject filter with contains.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>You need urgent unfinished work<\/td><td>Use Open, select the active statuses, and set Priority to High.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The list seems empty<\/td><td>Clear text\/date filters and check the Closed, Status, and Priority selectors.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Hiding the filter row does not remove the filters.
