{"id":4152,"date":"2026-10-04T11:17:01","date_gmt":"2026-10-04T15:17:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=4152"},"modified":"2026-10-04T11:17:01","modified_gmt":"2026-10-04T15:17:01","slug":"assign-people-in-charge","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/docs\/organization-staff\/tasks-and-task-center\/creating-and-assigning-tasks\/assign-people-in-charge\/","title":{"rendered":"Assign people in charge"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Assignment is performed directly from the <strong>In charge<\/strong> column after the task exists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"add-a-person\">Add a person<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Find the task row.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right-click the empty assignment circle marked with <code>...<\/code>, or right-click the assignment area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Add<\/strong>, type at least two characters of the person&#8217;s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for the matching names to appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the correct person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm that the person&#8217;s profile image appears in the row.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Repeat these steps to assign more than one person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"remove-a-person\">Remove a person<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Right-click that person&#8217;s profile image in the <strong>In charge<\/strong> column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>Remove Member<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refresh the grid if the change is not immediately visible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When many people are assigned, a small expansion control can appear beside the images.
