By default, tasks are ordered by Start date from oldest to newest. Tasks without a Start date appear after dated tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exact width of the list depends on the page. On some operational pages, use the horizontal scroll bar to reach columns on the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"column-reference\">Column reference<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Column<\/th><th>What it tells you<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Closed<\/td><td>Whether the task is still open or has been closed.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Status<\/td><td>Current stage of the work, such as Not Started or In progress.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Prio<\/td><td>Low, Normal, or High priority.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Reference, when present<\/td><td>The operational record related to the task, such as a quality or maintenance reference.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Created<\/td><td>Date the task was created.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Created by<\/td><td>Person who created the task.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Subject<\/td><td>Short name of the action to complete.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Description area<\/td><td>Detailed instructions or supporting information. Long content can be scrolled inside the cell.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Start<\/td><td>Date on which the task or occurrence starts. A calendar icon identifies recurring work.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Due<\/td><td>Deadline for the task or occurrence. A due date shown in red is today or has passed.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>In charge<\/td><td>People assigned to the task, shown with their profile images.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Click a column heading when sorting is available. Clicking <strong>Start<\/strong> reverses the start-date order. When another column is used for sorting, occurrences of a recurring task remain associated with their recurring task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"color-cues\">Color cues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Visual cue<\/th><th>Meaning<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Green priority label<\/td><td>Normal priority.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Yellow priority label<\/td><td>Low priority.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Red priority label<\/td><td>High priority.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Red Due date<\/td><td>The due date is today or earlier.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Light red full row<\/td><td>A recurring occurrence has a Start date before today and is still open.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The red Due date and the light red recurring row do not mean exactly the same thing.
