The Calendar<\/strong> tab shows your activities day by day or month by month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The calendar shows your personal items, automatic reminders for expiring competencies and your scheduler bookings. Bookings transferred to a flight record are no longer shown as scheduled items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding a calendar item<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the +<\/strong> button. The Set a task<\/strong> dialog opens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alert<\/strong><\/td>When to be reminded (15 minutes to 2 years before), or never<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr>
Comment<\/strong><\/td>Free text.<\/td><\/tr>
