Competencies are the qualifications, certificates and trainings the organization tracks for you. Many activities check them automatically: for example a flight cannot start if the pilot in command’s medical certificate has expired. Check this tab regularly, even though the system also sends reminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The counter on the tab shows qualifications \u2013 operations \u2013 miscellaneous<\/em> alerts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Competencies are grouped in three lists:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/td>Licences, ratings, medical certificate.<\/td><\/tr>
Operations<\/strong><\/td>Operational trainings and recurrent requirements, plus your group and your roles.<\/td><\/tr>

Each line shows the effective date, the title and the expiry date when there is one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Display<\/th>Meaning<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Red line<\/td>Expired.<\/td><\/tr>
Yellow line<\/td>Expires soon (the warning period is set by the organization).<\/td><\/tr>
Screen icon<\/td>The competency can be renewed with an e-training: click it to start.<\/td><\/tr>
Book icon<\/td>The competency is renewed by a course lesson.<\/td><\/tr>
Envelope icon<\/td>Opens your email program to contact the office about an expiring item.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Hover a line to see who added or modified it, when, and the comment. Use the per page<\/strong> list under each box to show more lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group and roles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Member of the group<\/strong> shows your group; Other members<\/strong> lists the members of the same group. Main role in the operations<\/strong> shows the organization chart with your roles highlighted; use Reset<\/strong> to recentre it.
