The Details<\/strong> tab shows all the information registered about you. Your organization decides which fields you may change yourself: those fields are editable, the others are greyed out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Licence number, name, given name and middle name, gender, date and place of birth, citizenship and visa expiry date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because AirSupervision identifies each person uniquely, the combination of name + given name<\/strong>, the licence number<\/strong> and the primary email<\/strong> must be unique in the system. If one of them is refused, contact the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your profile photo can only be changed by staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Primary email<\/strong><\/td>The email used to log in and to recover your password. A warning icon next to it means messages sent to this address have bounced: check it.<\/td><\/tr>
Emergency<\/strong><\/td>The person to contact if something happens to you during an activity: name, relation, address, phones and email. Keeping it up to date is strongly recommended.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Miscellaneous and additional information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Miscellaneous<\/strong> contains, for example, how you heard about the organization. Additional informations<\/strong> are fields defined by your organization (languages, occupation, program details\u2026). A lock icon next to a field means only authorized staff can see it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the organization gave you one or more organization email accounts, they are listed here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Type a new password in the field next to the address, or click Generate<\/strong> to get a suggestion.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Note the password somewhere safe: the system neither stores nor sends email passwords.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Click change email password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The section also links to the webmail and to the phishing and email-issues guidelines. A suspended account is shown as Suspended<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Saving your changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    When your organization allows you to edit some fields, a Modify<\/strong> button appears at the bottom of the page. Click it to save.
