The Summary<\/strong> tab is the first page of your profile. It gives a quick overview of who you are in the system and of anything that needs your attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Identity block<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Item<\/th>Meaning<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Photo<\/strong><\/td>Your profile picture. Only staff can change it.<\/td><\/tr>
Vcard<\/strong><\/td>Downloads your contact card, ready to import into a phone or address book.<\/td><\/tr>
Assigned roles<\/strong><\/td>The roles you hold in the organization (student, instructor, dispatcher\u2026).<\/td><\/tr>
System user as<\/strong><\/td>Your access level in AirSupervision. The bubble icon opens the internal messaging; the envelope icon opens your email program.<\/td><\/tr>
Into group<\/strong><\/td>The group or cohort you belong to. If you have none, the link only opens the Competency tab; groups are assigned by staff.<\/td><\/tr>
License number<\/strong>, Name and givenname<\/strong><\/td>Your licence number and full name, with a gender icon if one is set.<\/td><\/tr>
Date of birth<\/strong><\/td>Your date of birth and age, when they are recorded.<\/td><\/tr>
Payment Code<\/strong><\/td>Your personal reference to use when you pay the organization.<\/td><\/tr>
QR Member ID<\/strong><\/td>Your personal QR code. It identifies you on scanners and kiosks used by the organization.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Role colours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each role is drawn as a small label. Its colour tells you whether you meet the requirements of that role:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

White<\/td>All competencies required by the role are valid.<\/td><\/tr>
Yellow<\/td>At least one required competency will expire soon.<\/td><\/tr>
Red<\/td>A required competency is missing or expired.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Hover a coloured role to see the list of missing, soon-expiring or expired competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alert bars appear below your identity only when they apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visa expires \/ has expired<\/strong><\/td>Your immigration document is about to expire or has expired. Update it with the office.<\/td><\/tr>
X memos unread<\/strong><\/td>Some memoranda addressed to your roles are not read yet. Click the document icon to read them.<\/td><\/tr>
X event reports in process\u2026<\/strong><\/td>Event reports about you are still being handled.<\/td><\/tr>
X event reports not answered<\/strong> \/ X QA reports not answered<\/strong><\/td>You have to answer these reports. Click the clipboard icon to open them.<\/td><\/tr>
No scheduling allowed<\/strong><\/td>An event report has not been answered in time. Nobody can book an activity with you in the scheduler until you answer.<\/td><\/tr>
No activities allowed<\/strong><\/td>Same reason: no flight record activity can be opened with you until you answer.<\/td><\/tr>
Licensing status<\/strong><\/td>One line per licensing case opened for you: the licence type and its current status. The details of a case are handled by the licensing staff and cannot be opened from your profile.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Alerts box<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Alerts<\/strong> box lists competencies that are expired or will expire soon, and your own calendar reminders. Renew the competency before its expiry date, or follow the e-training link when one is offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
