This restriction, if set, is automatically computed if the member did not answer to an event report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Section 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This section displays <a class=\"wp-r_internallink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/docs\/general-knowledge\/profile-details\/competency\/\">competencies <\/a>that will <span class=\"sup_inst_qualif_yellow\">expire soon<\/span> or <span class=\"sup_inst_qualif_red\">is expired<\/span> and <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-491 wp-r_inline_img\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/calendar.png\" alt=\"\"> <a class=\"wp-r_internallink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/docs\/general-knowledge\/profile-details\/calendar\/\">calendar <\/a>reminder items. The latter can be modify or delete by member only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Section 3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on credentials set by administrator, a  user can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-493 wp-r_inline_img\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/id_card_new.png\" alt=\"\"> Create a <strong>New <\/strong>member profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-495 wp-r_inline_img\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/id_card_delete.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Delete <\/strong>the member profile. The system will set the member profile as inactive if at least one operational activity have been done, such as a completed course lesson or having one memorandum acknowledged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-496 wp-r_inline_img\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/lock.png\" alt=\"\"><strong>Set <\/strong>the member profile as <a class=\"wp-r_internallink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/docs\/organization-staff\/members\/disabling-a-member\/\">inactive or active<\/a>. Setting the profile as inactive archive the file and disable the ability of login. This will prevent any modification to the file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-497 wp-r_inline_img\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/star_yellow.png\" alt=\"\">Add a direct access link to the member profile in his <strong>favorite <\/strong>list of members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-498 wp-r_inline_img\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/printer.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>Print <\/strong>the member profile. Printed information will depend on level of power of the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-499 wp-r_inline_img\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/hand_yellow_card.png\" alt=\"\"><strong>Print IDCARD<\/strong>.
