class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Right-click an open active session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type at least 2 characters in&nbsp;<strong>Change instructor<\/strong>&nbsp;input.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select an instructor from the suggestion list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm warning dialog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System validates instructor eligibility before applying change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Change instructor can be blocked when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Session identifiers are incomplete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instructor selection is invalid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credential or competency checks fail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linked operational constraints prevent reassignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delete Session<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Confirmation is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only session with no student already enrolled, otherwise, you will have to close the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If successful, the entry in the Flight daily record center can then be deleted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove Student flow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Confirmation is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only open active sessions can be modified this way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the student is already removed or session is not open, an error message is shown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Set Session Inactive\/Active<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Set Session Inactive is a soft deactivation of the active row, not a delete\/close.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only works if the session is still open<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not delete the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not close it (dateclose unchanged).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not clear attendees\/attendance fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will be hidden in app session list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will close the Flight daily record row related to the open session by saving the ramp in without any duration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reactivating <\/strong>the session will reopen the Flight daily record row, so that it will be possible to close the session<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
