Puncher"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Welcome.&nbsp;This page is for regular users who only need to clock in and clock out during the day.&nbsp;The system is made to be simple in daily use,&nbsp;even if the rules behind it are strict for payroll accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It now covers both identification methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>QR code scan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keypad login (5-digit Punch ID)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It also explains where to find and manage your personal Punch ID in your profile settings page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quick-start\"><strong>Quick Start<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you arrive at a punch device,&nbsp;open the Clock Puncher screen and allow camera access if requested.&nbsp;Then show your personal QR code to the camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the scan is successful,&nbsp;the system recognizes you and shows what action is possible next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>If you are not currently punched in, you will choose an activity and punch in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are currently punched in, you will punch out of your active activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"ub-styled-box ub-notification-box\" id=\"ub-styled-box-30134d2d-86a3-44a6-9f49-2fa691aa8e67\">\n\n\n<p>Important note: You can not Punch IN if you still have any activity open in one &#8220;Daily Record, Scheduler&#8221;. <strong>The activity has to be ramp in<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Two Ways To Identify Yourself<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can identify yourself in two different ways on the punch device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QR Code Scan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure scanning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typical flow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Switch to Keyboard mode (if needed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your 5-digit Punch ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system validates the code automatically when all 5 digits are entered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your name and action cards appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap the correct event card to complete punch in or punch out.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Important:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Only digits&nbsp;0-9&nbsp;are valid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use&nbsp;<code>C<\/code>&nbsp;on the keypad to clear and re-enter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long pressed on the Code to see digits under.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Switching Between Scan And Keyboard Modes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some devices provide a mode switch button in the page header.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>If you see&nbsp;Keyboard, tap it to move from camera scan to keypad entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you see&nbsp;Scan, tap it to return to camera scan mode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If your location\/device is configured for one method only,&nbsp;the toggle may not be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Using Mobile Punch In The App<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some organizations also provide a mobile punch page in the selection, this page is not available to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When To Use It<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the mobile punch page when your organization allows punching directly from the app instead of using a shared punch device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Typical Mobile Flow<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Open the app and go to the mobile Clock Punch page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for the page to load your current date\/time and your available event choices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow device location access when prompted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap the event card that matches your action (punch in or punch out).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm that the action is accepted before leaving the class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geolocation Requirement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The mobile punch page records geolocation from your device at punch time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If geolocation is disabled,&nbsp;denied,&nbsp;or unavailable on your device\/browser,&nbsp;the app will not allow punching from this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If The Mobile Page Is Not Available<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot access this page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Use the regular Clock Punch method (QR or keypad) on any Physical Clock puncher device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your administrator and ask whether your account should be enabled for app-based punch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Where To Find And Manage Your Punch ID<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can manage your personal Punch ID in your profile page,&nbsp;inside your connection settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Validation rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-r_indent50\">\n<li>Exactly 5 digits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Numbers only (0-9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Security reminders shown in
