When punched out than more than 6 minutes, an activity record will be created in the member activity sheet. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"ub-styled-box ub-notification-box\" id=\"ub-styled-box-1eb51537-691c-4978-9faa-e86d6571523f\">\n\n\n<p>To enforce the clock puncher to be the only system to validate an activity, select an activity code that is <strong>hidden<\/strong> from the user in the manual &#8220;add activity&#8221; page.
