What You Can Do In This Area<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Clock Puncher area lets you manage the full process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Review punch lines in a timeline-style table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage authorized punch devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Add manual punch-in actions when correction is needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Punch out active lines from the table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage event types shown to users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Open statistics for period review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • View history log<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    For good governance, use standard user flow as the default and admin corrections only when needed. This keeps data accurate, audits cleaner, and payroll reconciliation faster.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

    Access credentials<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Only members with ‘Can validate and accept activities<\/strong>‘ option set in their profile can access the administrator panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Members shall have ‘Can enter and use the activities sheet<\/strong>‘ option activated in their profile and have available events assigned to be able to punch in or punch out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
