If you lost your password or want to set a new password or think that your password has been used or stolen by someone else, launch your favorite browser and type in the address bar the following URL using the organization specific ID<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Request a temporary password<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You have to request a temporary password in order to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In within the next 2 minutes you will receive, on the email address you have provided, a temporary password that you will use to Login<\/a>. The organization might have set a time limit for the validity of the temporary password. Do not wait too long. Otherwise you will have to request a new temporary password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you did not received any temporary password, check your spams folder in your email app or ask your organization to check if your email has not been misspelled or your account been deactivated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In the case you received a temporary password without being the requester. Somebody is probably trying to steel your identity. Connect to the system as soon as possible and modify your password or ignore the warning if you Didn’t do this!<\/strong> or log in again if the temporary password has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Create a new password<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Using your temporary password to login, you will be invited to create a new password<\/p>\n\n\n\n
