The system will automatically backup the file in a &#8220;<a class=\"wp-r_internallink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/docs\/general-knowledge\/handling-files-2\/the-recycle-bin\/\">Recycle bin<\/a>&#8221; accessible by administrators only. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><input type=\"checkbox\"> Select the file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-496 wp-r_inline_img\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/lock.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>lock <\/strong>or <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-1073 wp-r_inline_img\" style=\"width: 16px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/lock_open.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>unlock <\/strong>status of the file. Accessing the file can be restricted to minimum level of power. The window closes and the next step starts. Folders cannot be imported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The size limit and the allowed file types of the place you upload to still apply. The <strong>Choose a file source<\/strong> window opens: pick the source and the file. The name of the chosen file appears next to the button. You can then pick or type a new name, choose who can see the file when the page offers it, and click <strong>Upload<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adding a file to a member profile<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Files<\/strong> tab of a member profile, the <strong>Add<\/strong> section works in two steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click the folder that must receive the file (or nothing, to upload at the top level), then click <strong>Choose file<\/strong> and pick the source and the file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A panel opens with the <strong>Selected file<\/strong> name. The button becomes <strong>Change file<\/strong> if you want to pick another one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional: pick or type a new name in <strong>Rename (optional)<\/strong>. Leave it blank to keep the original name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional: tick <strong>Lock this file to be accessible to<\/strong> and choose the minimum level (<em>\u2026 or higher<\/em>) that can open the file. This option is shown only to users allowed to lock files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Upload file<\/strong>. Space character is not allowed in file name.
